Old Song Remembered
A song I wrote about 30 years ago, and haven't played in years, popped into my head today. I thought, "I wonder if I remember how to play it." So I grabbed my old acoustic guitar and tried to pull the music out of my memory. I thought I was playing it correctly but it just didn't sound right. Then I realized that I had left that guitar in open E tuning. Duh. I switched to my other acoustic (in standard tuning) and before long I had the song again. Happiness.
